How to Book
Before making a booking please Please read our Terms and Conditions of Hire and Hire Charges.
Go to the calendar page. Check availability. Click on New Booking and fill in the form.
If you have any queries, please contact the booking Administrator at booking@carronvalleyhall.org.uk.
- Timing: Please ensure you have booked enough time to set up at the beginning and clearing up after your event. Please leave a minimum of 15 mins between other bookings.
- Confirmation: Once you have placed a booking, within 7 days you will receive an email confirming receipt of your provisional booking. A further email and invoice will be sent once your booking is approved. Payment to be made a minimum of 7 days before your event.
- Deposit – If your booking is for an evening private party or large event, a refundable deposit of £100 will be required, which is held against damage or rubbish being left. This can either be by STRIPE or bank transfer (BACS), details will be in your invoice.
- Payments: Please see the Hire Charges Document. Payments can either beby STRIPE or bank transfer (BACS), details will be in your invoice.
- Regular: Local Community Group Users, please email (booking@carronvalleyhall.org.uk) with your dates, and these will be added by the Administrator. You will be invoiced periodically.
- Alcohol: If you intend to sell or supply alcohol you will require a licence which you have to arrange and pay for independently a minimum of 6 weeks beforehand. Alcohol can be consumed on the premises without a licence if it is not for sale or included in the cost of a ticket. https://www.northlanarkshire.gov.uk/licences-and-permits/all-licences-and-permits/liquor-licences
- Terms: Please read through the “Terms and Conditions of Hire” and “Access and Use of Carron Valley Hall”which includes all necessary information.
- Event rubbish: Please note that you need to TAKE ALL YOUR RUBBISH AWAY. We do not have the facilities to dispose of your rubbish. There are black bin bags for your use. There is a £10 charge per black bin bag for us to remove rubbish left.
